Onsight Connect provides teams with immediate access to augmented content and remote expertise to accelerate decisions in the field and create assets for knowledge management systems. Designed to troubleshoot, inspect and maintain assets in the field, Onsight Connect provides a secure and highly interactive experience with access to workflow content and the ability to share live video, audio, telestration and images with remote experts - even in limited bandwidth conditions. Onsight Connect can be run in Expert or Field mode. Expert mode gives users access to all features and settings including remote camera controls. Field mode provides a simplified interface for large field service teams or interactive with external guests such as customers or vendors. In addition to the Onsight Connect application for mobile devices, wearables, and computers, Librestream provides hosted infrastructure services, specialized collaboration devices, and enhanced management capabilities.
